High porosity nano-powder materials have the characteristics of low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and flame retardant, and with technical advantages of high monodispersity, surface-treated, uniform particle size distribution and lower impurity content. This can improve the functionality (e.g. electrical properties), reliability and stability used as CCL filling material.
