Inorganic filling materials that can be used to improve the performance of CCL. We use solid-gel method to manufacture which will not only fulfill the fundamental design needs, but also improve & optimize the performance parameters, it has the characteristics of low Dk, low Df, flame retardant, and uniform partical size distribution, which can improve the performance, reliability and stability of the end-products.
